The continuous evolution of Clash of Clans made this game unbeatable in its domain. Supercell released this update in Spring 2022, and it took it like a storm in the whole COC community. They introduced the clan capital, where clans could build themselves and wage wars against other clans. It has different districts and resources than a normal village base. It looks messy because so much is going on, but it’s still fun in the game.
Clans are only eligible when they reach level 2, and players with town hall 6 and above can take part in clan battles. It was one of the best modes ever released by the Supercell after builder base. Players can access this mode by simply tapping on Forge, which is used as a flying object in Clash of Clans. Once you reach the Clan capital, there are many districts or villages with ruins. Any member can repair these ruins, and it doesn’t take time, As it only requires capital gold to upgrade.
All the upgrading in the clan capital is controlled by capital hall levels, which further depend on district hall levels. You have to complete certain upgrades in lower levels or District hall levels to unlock more ruins in the capital hall, which you can keep upgrading and strengthening your clash of clans clan capital. In this mode, the clan leader and co-members have all the authority to change the layout of the clash of clans’ clan capital. There are two different types of resources in Clash of Clans clan capital: capital gold and Raid medals. COC work around different resources like gems, elixir or blacksmith which helps in upgrading hero equipment.
Capital Gold
Capital gold is the most crucial resource of the Clash of clans clan capital because it is used to repair and construct new buildings. Players can hold only 35,000 of capital gold at a time. There are many ways to earn capital gold, which are as follows:
Raid Medals
Raid medals don’t play a role in the development of clan capital like clan gold, as they are used to buy different rewards and cosmetics. Players can also use them to buy reinforcements. There is only one way to earn raid medals, and that’s raid weekends. One player can’t earn more than 5000 raid medals.
At the weekends, clan capitals with level two or higher get attacked by the other clans. These action-packed battles are the main source of Capital Gold, which is the main component in Clash of clans clan capital progression and Raid medals. But these attacks are way more different than the Builder base and main village attacks.
Clash of clans Clan Capital has several villages or districts, which we will discuss now:
- Capital peak: It’s the first and top Building in the clan capital to unlock. It’s also the primary target during raids.
- Barbarian Camp: This is designed for barbarians, and it’s the Building to be unlocked in the Clan capital. It also unlocks several troops, such as Sneaky archers, Super Giants, super barbarians, and so on.
- Wizard Valley: It requires Capital Hall level 3 to unlock. It’s designed around magic and wizards, and unlocking it unlocks different spells, like jump spells and super wizards.
- Balloon Lagoon: Level 4 of the capital hall is required to unlock this 4th Building. It unlocks a flying fortress, lightning spells, rocket balloons, and skeleton barrels. And it is themed as balloons.
- Builder’s Workshop: It is themed like builders and gets unlocked at Capital Hall level 5. It unlocks Raid carts and frost spells.
- Dragon Cliffs: It requires level 6 of Capital Hall and 6th Building to unlock in Clash of clans clan capital. It’s designed around flying creatures like dragons. It unlocks Rage spells, super dragons, and Hog raiders.
- Golem Quarry: It unlocks Mountain Golem and is themed around Golem. It’s a building to unlock and also requires Capital Hall level 7.
- Skeleton Park: It is themed around skeletons and is unlocked at Capital Hall level 8. It unlocks the Graveyard spell and Inferno dragons.
- Goblin mines: This district was designed around goblins with many unique buildings only available in this 9th district. Super Miner and Mega Sparky get unlocked here.
Players have the option to build their own houses in the capital peak district and customize it. Different components of the house are available, so you can build it as you want. The following parts are available:
- The ground
- The decorations
- The roof
- The sides, walls, and base
The best way of getting all these parts is The Trader by using raid medals, and you can also get them as a reward after reaching higher levels. If you ever change your clan, this stuff will go with you because you own it and you can build your house in any Clan capital you go. Clan capital mode is a full action-packed as raids start on the weekends when clans attack other clan capital on Friday nights. The attack goes on for a full weekend. All 50 players take part in these raids.
Every member can attack five times during raids, but if they finish any district attack with three stars, they can get three more attack chances. The damage received by one player in the district will remain permanent until the next attacker attacks the district.
The spells remain on the attack field for the long term, and players can get benefits twice from the same spell in a single battle. The battle goes on until the opponents destroy the whole clan capital. Clans with similar buildings attack each other for better results.
District-friendly challenges in Clan Capital
Friendly challenges can be played among clan members to test the design of clans and how they will perform during weekend raids. Any member can initiate a district-friendly battle, and only one battle can take place in one Clan capital at the same time. Players can practice their clan capital attack strategy in friendly challenges.
Playing Clash of Clans clan capital mode can be fun, and it increases your strategy-making skills in the game.
